Keeping Still — the mountain that stops the motion and rests within itself.
The traditional reading
Hexagram 52 is the mountain — the power of stopping, of the back that does not turn. It counsels a healthy stillness: cease where you are spinning, let thoughts settle, and attend to the spine of your life rather than the moving limbs. When it is time to rest, rest completely; movement will find you again.
